Lend Capital is led by Ryan T. McCabe and George B. Shumate Jr., two operators with more than two decades of combined experience across mortgage lending, commercial finance, healthcare-sector operations, and capital markets. The platform sits within a vertically integrated lending stack that includes residential mortgage operations — in partnership with a Texas state-chartered community bank and one of the largest independent real estate brokers in the state — and a commercial finance arm specialising in creative business-purpose loan structures.

Both founders are NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originators in active good standing with state and federal regulators. Both are subject to recurring FBI background checks. Both are co-owners of a Texas state-chartered community bank, vetted directly by the Texas Department of Banking. All of this is public record and verifiable through the NMLS Consumer Access registry.

We don't take that lightly. The licensing and oversight are the reason we exist in the form we do — and they're the reason every loan, every participation, and every borrower relationship is documented, disclosed, and defensible.

Transitioned into healthcare project management with a major medical manufacturer (surgical and operating-room equipment), then helped scale a healthcare startup through private equity due diligence as the operational lead.

Most recently, built out the lending program for a Texas community bank — delivering a 100%+ return on investment within four months of launch.
